Who are we?
This site is published by the Moroccan Association of Equine Veterinarians (AMVE). This page describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, in accordance with Moroccan law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Data collected
We only collect data necessary for the operation of our services:
- Member account: name, email address, phone number, country, profile information.
- Event registrations: participant identity and contact details.
- Payments: proof of transfer provided voluntarily (no banking data is entered on the site).
Use of data
Your data is used exclusively for managing your membership, your event registrations, your donations, and the communication of the association. They are neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention and security
The data is retained for the duration of your membership and for the time necessary to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. They are fully hosted in Morocco, on secure servers located within the national territory, and are not subject to any transfer abroad. They are accessible only to authorized personnel of the association.
